Dental Implants in Mexico

What Is an Individual Dental Implant?

If you’re missing one or more teeth and want a solution that looks, feels, and functions like the real thing, individual dental implants are the gold standard. Unlike dentures or bridges, implants restore your smile from the root up providing permanent support for a natural-looking crown.

A dental implant is a small titanium or zirconia post surgically placed into your jawbone, acting as an artificial tooth root. Once healed, it is topped with a custom-made crown that matches the color and shape of your natural teeth.

A single dental implant is ideal for replacing one missing tooth without affecting the neighboring teeth—no grinding or bridgework required.

Benefits of Dental Implants

  • Permanent and secure: feels like your real tooth

  • Preserves jawbone and facial structure

  • No impact on adjacent teeth (unlike traditional bridges)

  • Looks natural with custom crowns

  • Easy to clean and maintain

  • Restores full chewing function and confidence

Who Is a Candidate?

You may qualify for a dental implant if you:

  • Have a missing or severely damaged tooth

  • Have healthy gums and enough jawbone (or are open to bone grafting if needed)

  • Want a fixed, long-term solution instead of partials or removable dentures

  • Are in good general health

Using 3D CT scans and digital planning, your dentist will assess your bone density, gum health, and bite to create a personalized treatment plan.

How Long Does It Take?

A typical single implant requires two visits:

Visit 1 – Implant placement, followed by 3–6 months of healing.

Visit 2 – After 4 to 6 months, after osseointegration is complete, the final Abutment and crown are placed,

  • Our clinics may offer same-week crowns or immediate implants for select cases, especially in the front teeth. Ask your dentist if you're a candidate.
